Return & Refund Policy

We  guarantee all of our product's quality and are 100% commited on giving you the best service and product quality.While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things could happen. If you found any dissatisfaction about the product sent to you, you can apply for return and refund. Our return policy is effective for 30 days since receiving your product. For refunds, please send an email to support@twentyfirstcent.com with your full name, order number,  and the reason for your return.

Refund is eligible if:

1.  You are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. 
2. Refund request up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. 
3. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

If you request an order cancellation before we ship your order, we will refund your money immediately.

Return requests for orders received and delivered after 30 days will be politely declined. Please understand that the return shipment fee is the customer's responsiblity, and we will send the refund after we have received the product. We hope you understand.
